Shipping rates :

If you place an order using PayPal, shipping and sales tax (applicable only in Maryland) is calculated automatically for you at checkout, but in case you want to know what the shipping rates are before you checkout, check here.  See details for information concerning free shipping.

Ordering Information :

We currently only accept online orders and payments via Pay Pal, (an eBay company) which uses the the most reliable online SSL security available for online transactions, and accepts all four major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) plus eCheck (click to learn more)  We no longer accept personal checks or money orders.  Please note that payments by eCheck will result in a delay in production until the the eCheck has cleared, which usually takes 3-5 business days.

Upon receipt of your order, or clearance of your eCheck, your order will be processed and shipped within five (5)  business days via U.S. First Class or U.S. Priority Mail.  Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge.  Please email us if you prefer expedited shipping and we will let you know what the shipping charge is.  For questions concerning your order, you can call or contact us via email.  If using email, be sure to include the order number provided by Pay Pal.

Product Availability:

Due to the time required to custom make each product we sell, the quantity of each item is limited to the "Number Available" shown within each category.  If you wish to order more that what is shown to available, please contact us prior to placing an order and we will inform you as to if, and when, additional quantities will become available. 

Returns:

If your order is defective or otherwise not correct, please notify us and we make sure it is corrected.
