with us where you received free shipping, and you later return any item(s)

and the shipping charges that would have been applicable will be deducted
from any refund due.
If an entire free shipping order is returned, then
shipping will be charged when the refund is processed.

If your order it is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship,
you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a
prompt credit, exchange or full refund. Please
contact us if you have a question about a return or exchange. We
will give you an authorization number and email you a return form.
Cancellations and changes must be made by 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time of the
same day you place your order. Use our contact us
to notify us of changes about your order.
All requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 3 days of receipt.
Personalized items cannot be returned for reasons other than defects in
materials or workmanship
Although we strive to
achieve 100% customer satisfaction, due to the nature of the products we
sell we can not accept returns or issue refunds on custom made items if the
item you wish to return has been made to your specifications, unless the
item is damaged or your order was filled incorrectly due to error on our
part. The reason for
this is that such items are made specifically for each customer and cannot
be resold, and all orders consume time and materials. If the item you
received is damaged, please fill out the return form and return your
purchase to us with copies of your original order for a new item or a
refund. If you wish to return an item because you believe we filled
your order incorrectly, indicate the reason for the return clearly on the
return form and mail it to us. Once we receive the item and we verify
that we have made the error, we will at your request either ship you a
replacement or issue a refund. We do, however, reserve the right to
reject such a return if the problem is not a material defect on our part,
(i.e. slight color variations). In all cases shipping and handling
charges are
not refundable but if you want a replacement, it will be shipped to you at
no charge.
In some instances we do ship internationally.
Buyer must pay actual shipping costs and all payments must be made via
Paypal with a credit card in U.S. dollars. These orders can not be
placed online, you need to contact us to determine whether we can ship to
you.
Yes, we do ship to military addresses within
the U.S. Such orders must be paid for online by Paypal. Your
order will be shipped via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail.
This depends on whether the item you order is in
stock, the number of items ordered, and how payment is made. If you
place an order using Pay Pal, and the items you ordered are in stock, it
normally ships with three (3) business days. If it is a custom order,
it will depend on what is requested and the number of items, but usually
within five (5) business days. If you pay
by personal eCheck, your order will not be processed until your eCheck has
cleared (usually 3-5 business days). For custom or large orders,
please contact us and we will discuss with you exactly what you want and
give you a time for shipment.
Although we strive to maintain this website to reflect
our current inventory, there may be times when a particular item is in high
demand and it is not available. If this occurs, we will inform you of
what the delay will be, but in most cases it will be no longer than one or
two days.
We only accept orders online using
Paypal, which accepts
Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and
eCheck. The shopping cart provided here links you directly with
Paypal making for easy checkout. We no longer accept payments by money
order or personal check. Please
note that payments by eCheck will result in a delay in production until the the eCheck has
cleared, which usually takes 3-5 business days.
